RESIDENCY UPDATE/CHANGE 

Residency proof accepted:

1. Current mortgage statement or lease.  

• Lease, mortgage or utility bill must show parent/guardian name.

2. One (1) current utility bill (electric, gas, or water) with the parent/guardian name listed.

• No telephone/cell phone bills, cable bills, insurance, or bank statements will be accepted.

3. Parent/Guardian current official picture identification.

TRANSFER STUDENT ENROLLMENT

If the student is transferring from a Dekalb County school, please make sure you have residency information (lease or mortgage statement and a utility bill) along with the parent ID. 

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT

If a student is new to DeKalb and/or new to the country and speaks another language, the parents will need to contact one of the following people to schedule an appointment for registration:

TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS & ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION

Please understand the online process can take 24 - 72 hours to complete.  

RETURNING STUDENT INFORMATION

If you are a returning Sequoyah student and/or a rising 6th grade student coming from (Cary Reynolds, Dresden, Woodward, Oakcliff, Montclair, or John Lewis Elementary) you do not need to register your student. Your student’s schedule will populate in Infinite Campus on August 16th. More information will be provided at a later date.

PARENT/GUARDIAN ANNUAL VERIFICATION OF EXISTING STUDENT CENSUS DATA VIA PARENT PORTAL

• Parent/Guardian must have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account to verify/update their student(s) information. 

• Parents/guardians who do not already have a portal account should visit this site.

• Parents/guardians who have forgotten their portal username and/or password should click on the Forgot username? or Forgot password? Link to Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
