Our students are not just scholars--they're journalists, entertainers, and, at times, comedians! Join us for recent installments of The Chop Shop, as our student representatives report news to Sequoyah--and the world.



Cool Girls, Inc.

Cool Girls, Inc. is an after-school program specifically for the enrichment of our female student population.  Each year our focus changes and this year's focus will be shared in the FallThe program begins in mid September and runs through early May.  Students meet each Monday afternoon from 4-6 p.m. Snacks and transportation are provided.  

 

Soccer Anyone?

We are pleased that you would like to join.  Please ask Coach Dean about the practice schedule.  In order to join, you must have satisfactory GRADES and CONDUCT in ALL of your classes.  Simply make a copy of your most recent progress report and submit it to Coach Dean in the health and PE department.  Once submitted, Coach Dean will provide you with an enrollment form that you and your parents must complete.  A specific practice and competition calendar will be provided in October.

Fuel Up to Play 60

Fuel Up to Play 60 inspires students and their communities to lead healthier lives through diet and fitness. Sequoyah Middle School students who join Fuel Up to Play 60 learn how to plan and implement pep-rallies to encourage health and wellness through games.
